Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:
Oral care items with obvious signs of use. Opened toothpaste, mouthwash, or similar itemsAny item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank as there may be some processing time. Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace oral care items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [info@borderlessgroup.com.au] and send the item to: [14/112 Benaroon Road, Lakemba, NSW 2195, Australia].
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you. When your product is delivered, you can check the item immediately. If you find any issues, such as damage or incorrect products, you can return the item at the time of delivery through the delivery person.
Simply notify the delivery person of the issue, and they will assist you with returning the item and arranging for a refund or exchange on the spot. This option ensures that you do not need to worry about the return process later.
