At Oral Care BD, we are committed to providing you with the best Australian oral care products for your health and well-being. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we are here to ensure your satisfaction. Below is our refund and returns policy.
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 48 hours from the date of purchase. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain oral care products are exempt from being returned, including
- Products that have been opened or used (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items that are considered intimate or sanitary products (toothbrushes, mouthguards, etc.)
Non-returnable items:
- Toothbrushes (if the seal or pack broken)
- Toothpaste or mouthwash (if opened)
- Products damaged by the customer
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:
Oral care items with obvious signs of use. Opened toothpaste, mouthwash, or similar items. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error. Items returned more than 48 hours after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank as there may be some processing time. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at smile@oralcarebd.com
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace oral care items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at smile@oralcarebd.com and send the item to our delivery partner address.
Shipping Returns
We will organise return from you to our delivery partner warehouse in Dhaka.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery and On-the-Spot Returns
We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you. When your product is delivered, you can check the item immediately. If you find any issues, such as damage or incorrect products, you can return the item at the time of delivery through the delivery person.
Simply notify the delivery person of the issue, and they will assist you with returning the item and arranging for a refund or exchange on the spot. This option ensures that you do not need to worry about the return process later.
